  Easy remote check-in. The room was well equipped, warm, clean, and with a good shower. The kitchen was excellent and the cookies appreciated. The location is excellent: short walk to pubs (especially the wonderful Chine Inn), bus stops, supermarkets and footpaths. The (invisible) owners run a highly professional business and we could not fault them.

  The property was everything you could want. Clean, near the beach , near the town, facilities were excellent. Hot tub was a great addition .
  Having 4 en-suite rooms was something you don’t see very often. The welcome basket with local biscuits and tea was a nice surprise.

  Everything in the apartment made sense and is well thought out (and clean! – extra praise to the friendly house keeping staff). Be it the full sets of crockery, cooking items, ironing board, drying rails, cleaning items, coffee machine with pods, cookies, crisps, tea or milk in the fridge! They truly think about your needs and comfort when arriving and staying. The initial contact information is very clear and they offer reduced rates on ferry crossings as well.
  
  The facilities are superb (special reference to the hot tubs!) and the invitation to use all of the facilities offered by the associated nearby top hotels as well as the Chine at no charge are some of the many cherries on this cake. Indoor pool, outdoor pools, sunning space, sauna, games room, authentic '80s arcade – the list continues.
