  The staff was very helpful. I really liked them. The location is across the street from the train station (of course it's not where you can walk directly across, you have to walk a short way to the corner to cross) so that is convenient. It's about a 10 minute walk to the West Quay shopping and restaurant complex, once you find the most direct path which took us a couple of days to figure out. Past that it's what I'd call a nice, adequate hotel. Nothing to write home about. Nothing bad either.

  We were allowed in at 11am. Even though check-in was from 3pm. Proper fridge, not a cooler like some hotels provide. Great choice of breakfast items. Staff helpful and accommodating.

  The cooked breakfast wasn't very good sausage are not very nice they don't offer scrambled eggs and the fried egg was like rubber.
  Gym facilities and spa were reasonable
  Parking should also be part of the stay fees so you don't have hidden extras when you arrive
