  Hotel was perfectly located for my Son and I to do a long walk in the New Forest – Lyndhurst to Brockenhurst and back. It is obvious the hotel needs a little bit of TLC but that shouldn't take away from the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. We had a friendly welcome and staff were courteous thought-out. Our bedroom was comfortable.
