This four-star apartment sits right in the heart of Ventnor, and within minutes of settling in, I understood why couples keep raving about this spot — there’s something genuinely calming about the whole setup that makes you want to slow down and actually relax.

Look, I’ve stayed in plenty of places that claim to have great locations, but this one actually delivers. You’re literally a two-minute walk from Ventnor’s seafront, which means you can grab your morning coffee and be watching the waves before most people have even gotten out of bed. The town itself is this lovely mix of old-school seaside charm and just enough modern touches — proper pubs, decent cafes, and that gorgeous botanical garden that everyone seems to forget about until they stumble across it. What I really appreciated was having my own parking space right on site, because let’s be honest, finding parking near the coast in summer can be a nightmare.

The room — well, it’s actually more like a proper little flat — feels way more spacious than you’d expect from the outside. The owners clearly understand what travelers actually want — proper Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and windows you can actually open to let in that sea air. The building itself has character without being creaky or outdated, and there’s something about waking up here that just feels… well, peaceful, I suppose. You’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually hear yourself think. Plus, the fact that couples consistently rate the location so highly tells you something — this isn’t just a place to crash, it’s somewhere you’d actually want to spend time together.
