  The Clock House is really charming; small but perfect. It's been done out to a high standard, really well equipped kitchen and lovely underfloor heating in kitchen and bathroom! And lovely finishing touches – lots of fresh flowers in the rooms, and a bread bin full of pastries in case we arrived peckish. Rachel was in touch before, during and after or stay to check that we were happy and offer any assistance.

  This place is exceptional. It is very comfortable, easy to use and brilliantly located (central but in a quiet street). Everything has been designed thoughtfully and with the guest in mind. The bed was super comfortable, it had a good shower and the kitchen was well equipped. Provisions were provided (welcome cakes/pastries/milk/fresh flowers/logs for the wood burning stove etc). It was great to have the car immediately outside the door and behind a locked gate. We stayed over Christmas and the house had been decorated to a tasteful standard, both downstairs and upstairs. Rachel's communication was outstanding: she contacted us regularly to check we were OK and even texted us on Christmas Day: above and beyond the call of duty! I am looking for a reason to go back to Chichester just so I can stay there again!

  Quaint building in ancient location. e.g. 13th-century almshouse just across the road. Central location down cul-de-sac. Plenty of restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby. Only 5 minute walk to Cathedral. Secure parking in own yard. Spacious and comfortable lounge/diner.
