  Super clean and comfy accommodation – well equipped, with a private entrance. Even though the weather was very hot, it was nice and cool inside. The courtyard is a lovely suntrap too, great for relaxing. Very comfy bed and pillows. Lovely bathroom with large walk in shower. The location is very good, short distances from Emsworth, Bosham and Chichester. Nice to have milk, wine and biscuits provided on arrival too! Thank you, we will definitely be back!

  Excellent quiet location, within easy reach of local attractions. The property is well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. Parking is also available on site and the owners are a phonecall away should assistance be required. This is our second stay and we will definitely be back!

  Enjoyed everything about this accomodation – the location, the place itself and especially all the nice touches provided by the hosts (fresh fruit, coffee, tea, milk and even a bottle of wine!). The place was very clean, had everything you might need for a short (or even long) stay and all the information and advice you might need was provided in a very detailed information sheet (e.g. where to find utensils or that it might take a while for hot water to come). Found it very helpful.
  Overall, felt like staying at some relatives’ place where they really care about you. Would definitely come back and recommend it to others!
