  It is beautifully appointed with every modern convenience that you could possibly require for a vacation.
  Helen was an amazingly friendly host, very welcoming and happy to help.
  The location was ideal for exploring.
  Having a parade of shops a minutes walkway was really handy. Morrisons, a Chinese takeaway and a traditional fish and chip shop to frequented more than once during our stay.

  About 20 minutes walk out of Lymington town but this was not a problem, pubs and eateries near by with good food take aways on the doorstep.

  Great location for walks straight from your door into Lymington, or out along the coast in any direction you chose. Most things we wanted to see were about 30 mins car drive away or less. Lots of lovely pubs and restaurants within walking distance and supermarkets and takeaways. Helen the hostess was very friendly and welcoming, and the welcome pack was very nice and an added bonus. It had all the facilities we required for a great stay in a clean comfortable setting. Would highly recommend.
