  We were very pleased when we first saw the house, it looked very beautiful and the gardens were very well maintained. We chose to have the hot tub for the weekend, which was really nice, both during the day and once in the evening all lit up (very romantic). The continental breakfast was delivered in a beautiful hamper which we took to the beach one day and sat out in the garden on the chairs provided for us on the 2nd day. It was full of lovely pastries. toast and butter, Jam, Marmalade, fruit, yoghurt, Honey, soft cheeses, Muesli & Granola. The Fridge was also stocked with Orange Juice, milk and there was Teas, Nespresso coffee, sugar etc. There was also Wine & Beer at an additional cost. The Bedroom and bathroom were very nicely decorated and were immaculately clean and had their own range of shower gels, soaps, sprays which had a beautiful scent and can be purchased. West Wittering beach was a lovely 40 minute walk or a 5-10 minute car journey. Russell and Lulu were very pleasant and I would highly recommend a stay here.

  Perfect hosts, not intrusive but there when we needed help, and shared info for eating out (The Lamb pub just up the road and Boulevard in East Wittering both have gluten free menus and great food). Accommodation in the West Wing is compact, not overlooked and really quiet. Would choose Linden House again if visiting that area.

  The description is a little confusing as it states the property is bed and breakfast but the breakfast is only provided in the house accommodation, as the West Wing is self catering, although provisions can be supplied.
