  We booked to visit Goodwood Revival and this propery was a easy drive to the race track. The owner's Elaine and Bruce could not be more helpful and arrange for us to use the bque area and outside dining area on a warm summer's night.
  Big thank you to Bruce who kindly gave us lift back early in the morning to get back to our hire car (which decided to break down on Saturday night of the revival) was a godsend !!! and we got back to enjoy the motor racing on the Sunday. The breakfast supplied was great and the home made bread was special. Highly recommend this property in a quiet area and a lovely garden setting.

  Attached to the owner's house but with a separate front door and access to the lovely large garden with choices of seating for meals outside. A charming family host this perfect spot for a stay for two which is near to Chichester, the coast and many interesting attractions such as the Fishbourne Roman Villa. We experienced hot, sunny days but there are plenty of wet weather options nearby if you are not so lucky. Breakfast is provided and was plentiful and included a delicious homemade loaf.

  Great communication prior to the arrival and during the stay. Individual, unique, charming cottage and lovely welcoming, generous hosts. Lots of great touches, wildflowers in the bedroom, decaf options to drink, fresh home-made bread, green cleaning products! Relaxed timings and a share in a beautiful and spiritually uplifting garden watching the nesting birds.
