  Beautiful, unique property. Private and perfect location for us. You could hear the waves hit the shore at night from the garden. Exceptionally clean. It was only the two of us so plenty of space! If you like to sit and do hair/makeup probably best to take a travel mirror. Handy welcome hamper to get you started. Val was fantastic, we had a slight issue with heating (a new thermostat had been fitted and pre set so no ones fault) and it was fixed immediately, so reassuring to know that someone was only a phone call away to help. Would highly recommend, looking forward to our next visit!! One of the best places we have stayed at in a long time. Thankyou Val

  Before we arrived, the house owner contacted us to inform us about the exact location and how to get to the house. The house owner was extremely friendly and provided us with all the necessary information etc. The house was in the perfect location for us, it was very spacious, clean and we immediately felt at home. The small garden and the parking options were also great. All in all, a perfect house with a great caretaker! Thank you very much for the lovely stay

  The property is a lovely building with lots of original features. It had everything we needed for our short stay. There was a lovely food welcome pack when we arrived. The property was clean and tidy and in an excellent location, a short walk to the beach, a local park for the children with a cafe, and a One Stop literally a 2 minute walk away. The garden is great with a large table and chairs in the sunshine. It had the added bonus of a garage with a table tennis table. A great property that I would recommend.

  The outside area was lovely, a perfect little suntrap, and the ping-pong table in the garage was a lovely addition.
  
  The location was perfect, peaceful and idyllic. A short walk from the beach. The main town was easily accessible along the beachfront.
  
  Val, the host was quick to answer any queries via text/email and left a lovely welcome hamper of treats for us when we arrived.

  Good location with local shop, walk to the beach and drive into Bognor for fine dining at The Landing and The Lobster Pot and Gotham for lunches. . The house was spotless and beautifully furnished and excellent for a three-
  generation family break. Delighted that Val welcomed a well behave dog and it was a lovely safe garden fir little Alfred to enjoy. Val was a wonderful host who trusts her guests and offers an excellent service.
