  The location was great! Also the beds were very comfy and the house had everything we needed. There are games and books for the kids, our son had a great time reading and playing. Plenty of space for our family of three. We felt very welcomed and comfortable 🙂

  Perfect location, close to the beach but quiet and a bonus sea view from the bedrooms. Fully equipped including shampoo, washing up liquid, instant coffee (Gold Blend!) and milk in the fridge. You really only need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste which I've never experienced before. Welcome gift of chocolates and Prosecco was an added bonus. Francis and Heather were charming and incredibly helpful.

  Very good location. 10 minute walk to Shanklin beach. The thoughtful hosts were really friendly, the cottage was charming and extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and there was nothing that we had to provide ourselves. Milk, coffee, tea and soft drinks were provided and chocolate and Prosecco was left as a welcome. Big TV, lovely little garden with flowering pots, and glorious weather. Couldn’t have had a better stay. Beach Cottage was the best place we ever stayed in.
